Tentative Booking Confirmation

On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, found on this website, we will contact you by email within 24 hours. Once the booking details have been agreed we will send you a Tentative Booking Confirmation including details of where to pay the 50% deposit.

Final Booking Confirmation & Deposit

The booking is NOT confirmed until receipt of the 50% deposit into our bank account. Due to the high demand of the villas it is important that the deposit is paid soon after the Tentative Booking has been agreed, otherwise if there are delays there is a risk that the booking could be taken by someone else.

On receipt of the 50% deposit the booking is confirmed. A Final Booking Confirmation will be sent to you detailing all the relevant booking details (villa rented, amount, dates and final payment details).

The 50% deposit needs to be paid via an electronic bank transfer. This can either be done by (1) online banking with foreign transfer facilities or (2) visiting your local bank branch to arrange. The bank deposit details will be included in the Tentative Booking Confirmation.

Once the 50% deposit has been sent please send us an email so we can expect it.

Final Payment - due 30 days prior to arrival

The final rental balance owing is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. We will endeavour to send you a reminder email prior to this date, but the ultimate responsibility is the guests to ensure it is paid on time. We will send you a confirmation email once the final payment has been received. Failure to pay the final balance will result in a forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the booking reservation.

Please email us when the payment has been made so we can check for it.

Cancellation Policy

The deposits and final balance paid are non refundable. If the booking is cancelled any moneys paid will not be refunded. Failure to pay the final balance by the due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the reservation.

Rental Rates

Unless a booking has been confirmed, the rental rates vary according to the season and are subject to change without notice.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Rumi Villas, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
